Terms & Conditions

The following contract shall apply to all clients using Home Shot Media LLC Services. By booking with  Home Shot Media LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright of the photographs to the photographer(s). It is therefore illegal to copy photographs, or allow to be copied by any means other than the photographer(s) or their appointed agents. 

Home Shot Media LLC requests that their images are not downloaded until payment for copyright has been received in full. 

All photography sessions must be paid in full prior to receiving photos. Home Shot Media LLC accepts payment by check and credit/debit. 

Home Shot Media LLC reserves the right to cancel appointments at anytime. Home Shot Media LLC is also not liable for any broken or damaged items during shoots.

Home Shot Media LLC reserves the right to use any images or videos taken during a session for personal marketing use. 

Home Shot Media LLC retains copyright to all images. License granted is non-exclusive and limited to marketing the property during the current listing term. Photographer may relicense images for future listings unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Home Shot Media LLC reserves the right to change their prices at any time. 

Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a $50 No Show fee.
